Criterion Tool is a female-owned, non-union, precision machine shop that strives for excellence in machining for the “No Failure” industries of Medical Device, Aerospace, Defense and Photonics.

Tanya received her Bachelor’s in Marketing, from Bowling Green State University. In addition to managing a precision machine shop, Tanya is the past president of the Cleveland Chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association, a past board member of the Alliance for Working Together, along with holding memberships in Bio-Ohio, Wirenet, and the Precision Machines Products Association. Meet Our Guest, Tanya DiSalvo

Born and raised in a suburb of Cleveland, Tanya is the third-generation owner and President of Criterion Tool. In addition to managing, Criterion, a dynamic manufacturing company that produces precision machined components for “No Failure” industries of medical device, aerospace & weapons firing, Tanya is past president of the Cleveland Chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association, a past board member of the Alliance for Working Together (AWT) along with holding memberships in BioOhio, WIRE-Net, and the Precision Machined Products Association (PMPA). Promoting rewarding careers in manufacturing to the next generation is her passion. Being on the water in boats, jet skis or kayaks with her two college age kids is a favorite pastime.
