Our office in recent history has been bombarded with emails and calls from manufacturing business owners who’ve said “I was hoping to begin exiting my Manufacturing Business in Second Half of 2020.” Many are afraid that mergers and acquisitions are at an absolute standstill. In the last three weeks, we’ve taken three deals under contract and two were at full list price. We have one that was already under contract and is scheduled to close next month.
