Meet Our Guest, Toni Chiappetta
Toni Chiappetta is originally from Cos Cob, CT but considers herself a New York City girl. She studied music at Keene State College & Berklee College of Music In Boston before becoming a Pastry Chef from Boston to Philadelphia, PA.
In 1991 Toni relocated to Napa to work at Table 29 & Bistro Don Giovanni restaurants. In 1994 Sweetie Pies bakery was born and became a brick and mortar bakery that has been making headlines ever since.
