Today on the WAM podcast, Fran welcomes Daniela Dubois, a Product Manager at Engineering Intent — the world’s leading provider of enterprise and engineering automation tools and solutions, and the developer of Knowledge Bridge. Knowledge Bridge is a cloud-based application that allows engineering companies to capture engineering rules to then share with their organization. In this episode, Daniela dives into how Knowledge Bridge works — from the way it helps companies adapt to specific client needs and communicate more effectively to how it allows them to engineer products faster and access the platform from anywhere in the world. With more than 14 years of experience in engineering automation development, product and project management, and strategic planning of automation development, Daniela brings a fresh perspective to the manufacturing and engineering fields.
Meet Our Guest, Daniela Dubois
Daniela Dubois has more than 14 years of experience in engineering automation development, product and project management, and strategic planning for streamlining engineering processes. She has contributed to a range of projects. One automates design of elevator signals and controls, complete with CAD output; one for automated generation of 3D models for manufacturing from configuration parameters; and one harnessing multiple technologies for the design of complex custom industrial gas seals, including engineering automation, collaborative team management, and high-level mechanical CAD. Throughout, she has developed tactics that marry engineering automation with custom product sales. She earned two degrees concurrently, BS Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiore de Monterrey (Mexico) and Diploma, Aeronautical Engineering from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile (ESTACA, Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France).
