Sellers often think that an ideal buyer is a company that does exactly what they do but on a larger scale. However, this transaction proved that “different” can be better. In this case, the buyer was a premium precision CNC house, and the seller was a premium precision fabrication house.
The acquisition will now allow the buyer to offer high-quality fabrication services at a larger scale. This means the acquirer will lead the precision fabrication market in New England, tomorrow … the world.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with both sides, and we wish them well in their future endeavors.
