What happened
Not every deal goes smoothly. This client experienced the loss and regaining of a large customer, as well as staffing issues during the listing cycle, which affected their ability to get their product out on time. We also had two partners with competing exit timeframes. Persistence and commitment to this project paid off, and both partners got the exit timeframes they wanted. The employees will become part of a larger organization and gain future opportunities they might not otherwise have.
This was a great example of a private family office that owned multiple manufacturing companies nationally, adding to their existing portfolio.
