What happened

Everyone says customer concentration is an issue, and it often is. What if a company only has one customer? Impossible right? It wasn’t impossible for the Accelerated team. The challenge was to tell the client’s story in a way that potential buyers understood the client was so vertically integrated with the customer that they weren’t just the sole provider of the components they manufactured; they were really the R&D arm of a $30M revenue company. As such, they would be almost impossible to replace.

We vetted over 250 buyers; only three were granted visits, and all three submitted offers.

Every closed engagement is described this way. The company is never named, and no figure that could identify it is published (except where permission is granted) — during the process or after it.

Why no documents are available

The NDA and teaser came down at completion of the transaction. What a seller is owed in confidence during a sale, they are owed afterward.
