What happened
We were so honored to be entrusted with the sale of this third-generation plastic injection molding company, which has been in business for nearly 80 years. The family wanted to ensure the Company’s continuity by selling to an experienced buyer who would grow it but keep it in the community. We found the perfect fit in a buyer who already owned three businesses and had a strong background in plastic injection molding. We’ll be cheering him on, and we can’t wait to see what happens next! Congratulations to all.

The NDA and teaser came down at completion of the transaction. What a seller is owed in confidence during a sale, they are owed afterward.
